Course Description: Module 5: Plan Testing, Exercising, and Auditing is the fifth and last step in developing a business continuity program that can be certified by BS 25999 parts 1 and 2. It is final element of the Essentials of Business Continuity Management series. No matter how well designed and thought-out a BCM strategy or BCM response; a series of robust and realistic tests and exercises will identify issues and assumptions that require attention.
